Eric has over 20 years of experience in construction and land development having overseen a billion dollars worth of building in the GTA.
Eric was instrumental in the redevlopment of the 42 acre Liberty Village site in Toronto starting as a site engineer and ultimatley rising to Senior Vice President of Development for CanAlfa Liberty Village Homes.
He has also provided his experience to assist multiple projects and developers throughout the GTA.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
